Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations or Communications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan and direct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image or perceptions of Naghavi MD.

• Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, or public interest groups.

• Prepare or edit organizational publications such as employee newsletters; create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.

• Confer with support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements or promotions; confer with leaders to identify trends or key interests or concerns or to provide advice on business decisions.

• Prepare speeches materials for Naghavi MD’s leaders; arrange leaders’ public appearances, lecture, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase Naghavi MD’s service.

• Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and client references; coach employees in effective communication with the public or clients.

• Coordinate public responses to management incidents or conflicts.
